Dead baby cry while his family was holding a wake

A baby, considered dead, cried and moved at the funeral house while their parents was having a wake. The newborn child was lead back to hospital but do not resist and passed out.

The family gonna sue the hospital. But the hospital administrator said that all procedure was done right. They tried to awake the child for about an hour.

But hey... looks like the children awake while they were having a wake. Strange uh mister administrator?
