The first name for this blog was College Crew. Based on Children of Bodom's Hate Crew Deathroll album. I don't need to explain how Alexi "WildChild" Laiho has influence on the new name, do I? haha

Alexi grew his career on metal, as I grew as a metalhead fellow. He was an important part of my development as human being. Never give a shit to the others, have fun, never give up, do the best with the best. 

When Children of Bodom disbanded in 2019, I always had the hope the guys would meet up again at some point and that would make some sense with my life somehow.

Because that was the relation I had with Bodom and Alexi. Always something made sense. A connection. Every fucking time. Now it is over. I have to keep on with no more connections.

Another band I will see live no more. Another talented artist that goes away too young.

Unbelievable painful to write this. To write down his name in the RIP title. To black and white his picture.

My heart is empty. Go, Alexi. Hang out with Peter Steele. Thank you.

Ultimate Warrior is a legend. After years with bad relationship with WWE, finally he was recognised as "One of the most recognisable Superstars in WWE history". He was inducted to WWE Hall of Fame on April 5 2014. Warrior, born James Brian Hellwig, died April 8 2014.

This is insane. Pretty sad.

Box Art Artist - RIP Greg Martin

Internet can be a mean place, but also can bring you a lot of information. We, along the life, receive information as many types: music, pictures, texts, everything wrapped up. But sometimes, the credits of who have done such things passes by, sadly, unnoticed.

There is a thread on NintendoAge forum which RIPs Greg Martin. I've never heard of. I made a lil and fast research and I don't find anything else citing this name besides these "RIP situation". Nor even crediting his works. Even a, faster, research on Moby Games I could not find this guy. The only font is this forum. This is the first time I heard of the guy, an he is dead! :/

He passed away January 3rd.

I have some of his works on my shelf right now.

Greg started his career at Hanna Barbera. He worked on projects relating to the Flintstones, Jetsons, Yogi Bear and the rest of the Hanna Barbera line up. It was no surprise then that he illustrated the packaging for the video games related to these properties later on – he already had perfected illustrating these characters. Greg told me it used to come in handy at the bars too – as, in exchange for free drinks, he sometimes had Fred and Wilma doing… things... on the back of cocktail napkins that NEVER made it onto the product illustrations 

So, believing the information of these moderator of the NintendoAge forum, this post is to honor Greg Martin works. RIP dude.

To find it, I used this "sonic greg martin -comic -issue -passed -rip -passes -dies -morre -fallece -morreu" on google. Pretty underground, uh? I don't find any reference on the History of Sonic book yet.  His name is also credited [here]. But I don't know since when this exists.
