[World Cup 2014] El Fantasma del 50 ya está en Brasil
If you don't understand. Uruguay beat Jordan in the intercontinental play-of and will be at FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014. In 1950 Brazil hold a World Cup too. The final match was at Maracanã:
Brazil 1x2 Uruguay
This was know as Maracanazo! So that is why a blue ghost with a number 50 on its back wandering around Rio. Haha nice move Uruguay. France also made a little provocation regarding being a traditional foe to Brazilian soccer (The 'Bleus' eliminate us on 1986, 1998 and 2006). So after beating Ukraine and get the classification they use the image with "Causes destiny" - or something like that.
Funny to note: neither teams were able to go to World Cup through regular Qualifiers, they need a recap and to face very weak teams to have a chance to. France even got beaten visiting Ukraine by 2-0. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But, hey! They manage to come and are happy about it, so... Be welcome dudes.

[MoMA 2010] Marina Abramović e Ulay
I read this story on internet. Don't know about the veracity and detailed stuff about it. But still, you need just to see it at all. It is from 2010, I never saw it. I want to share what I figure with you guys.
Marina Abramovic is a famous artist. She was exhibiting at MoMa-NY in 2010. She was sitting on a chair, staring at some stranger who would sit on the other side - gazing each other in silence for a minute. And this goes on. Kinda reflexive stuff. Anyways. A guy called Ulay appears. And it seems Ulay has some bond with Marina.
A real intensive bond. In the place I read it, talk about 5 years of intensive love relationship. But as this photo shows was something even bigger. There is more on it. They were sharing views, feelings in artistic ways for a very long time. Quite complex stuff that one single warchild cannot explain at all.
But as all relationships, it got deteriorating through time.
They don't see each other for about 33 years long. The meeting was the silence exhibition you can check below.

[2014 FIFA World Cup - Brazil] Ricky Martin is the Official Singer
So the Puerto Rican Ricky Martin (41) will be the guy to sing at Brazilian World Cup? That is quite good. I was having nightmares thinking about: Claudia Leitte or Luan Santanna. The song is yet to be chosen. FIFA will launch a contest with Sony ~SuperSong~ and all people around the globe can participate. Martin will help to choose the song. This is not the first time that the La Vida Loca singer sang at a WC. 1998 at France he made "La Copa de La Vida":
Anyways... It would be cool if Ricky comes to Brazil with this band though...

FIFA 14 Life Size Messi
It begins creepy. But it ends kinda funny. With EA's Avatar LE0, you can interact with a digital Messi. It will size it based on your hand size. You have to wait a while to the player appear and open it eyes. You can click anywhere. Eyes, hands and foots. If you are a fucking pervert you can even poke his balls. If you scroll the mouse over the video, Messi will look at it and smile approving.
Take your time and meet the "life size" LE0 Messi. You can even pre-order FIFA 14 on the site. But I as 'Konamist' would wait for PES 2014. Just saying...

[Aaron O'Keefe] Tool - 46 and 2
Wow, I don't know why I don't post it before. But this is just amazing. These kid nailed it. I can't wait this video just once. Damn! This is so impressive. :~~
Aaron O'Keefe, a singer and multi-instrumentalist and give lessons to students ages 10 to 18. These lessons are held at Loveland Music Academy, Lebanon Music Academy and Maineville Music Academyc. He encourages his students to play heavy metal songs like Tool, Pantera, Iron Maiden, Dream Theater, Judas Priest and record these covers also.
And this is how we get these amazing videos. In one of these even Phil Anselmo (Pantera, Down) posted a comment:
"Unbelievable! These kids are great! How flattering! If they keep it up (learning from the best), they'll be getting a call from me to jam in a couple of years!"
The guys from Killswitch Engage asked Aaron how they can send gifts to the kids. And well. Way to go! This is all so great. There is another videos of others kids playing and stuff, but for me... this Tool version is unbeatable. \m/

[Alyssa Monks] Realistic Oil Painting -nsfw-
Born 1977 in Ridgewood, New Jersey, Alyssa Monks began oil painting as a child. She went on to earn her M.F.A from the New York Academy of Art, Graduate School of Figurative Art in 2001.
"Using filters such as glass, vinyl, water, and steam, I distort the body in shallow painted spaces. These filters allow for large areas of abstract design - islands of color with activated surfaces - while bits of the human form peak through. In a contemporary take on the traditional bathing women, my subjects are pushing against the glass “window”, distorting their own body, aware of and commanding the proverbial male gaze. Thick paint strokes in delicate color relationships are pushed and pulled to imitate glass, steam, water and flesh from a distance. However, up close, the delicious physical properties of oil paint are apparent. Thus sustaining the moment when abstract paint strokes become something else."
"When I began painting the human body, I was obsessed with it and needed to create as much realism as possible. I chased realism until it began to unravel and deconstruct itself,” Alyssa states, “I am exploring the possibility and potential where representational painting and abstraction meet - if both can coexist in the same moment."
Alyssa currently lives and paints in Brooklyn, New York.

[Perttu Saska] A Kind of You - Scary Masked Beggars Monkeys
Dressed as humans, masked like dolls. Not a horror movie but the reality of the streets on the city of Jakarta, Indonesia. They are trained to do some tricks and earn some money - beggars.
The Finnish Perttu Saska make a really creppy session of these monkeys.
Besides being creepy in the visual, the reality is pretty sad.
