Marubeni and Studio Ghibli gave life to 800 year old manga scroll that is part of a four-part scroll series and belongs to Kozan-ji temple in Kyoto, Japan. Created in the 12th and 13th centuries, some credit them as being the oldest work of manga in existence in Japan.

Promotional video depicting the company history of Japanese video game manufacturer SNK up until 1992. Creator of many arcade games, the Neo Geo Multi Video System (MVS), Hyper Neo Geo 64, Neo Geo Advanced Entertainment System (AES), Neo Geo CD and the Neo Geo Pocket. It is funny the guys playing ping pong to be more "creative" haha. Sauna was hilarious. xD

The Hidden Mothers
This was a practice where the mother, often disguised or hiding often under a spread, holds her baby tightly for the photographer to insure a sharply focused image. Years later the impression left is that a sinister event was happening.

First Colour Moving Pictures
"It's very significant indeed, it's the world's first natural colour film and the fact that it's a Brit who invented it is fantastic." - Bryony Dixon

Dead Media as Musical Instruments
Taking music out a bunch of dead electronics stuff? Yup! It is exactly what this scottish artist and filmmaker did. James Houston make music with some quite familiar sounds from our past.
This one takes a lil to begin, but it gets awesome as hell.
And this one is pretty indie I must say. haha Very cool, dude.

Tape Collection
I was searching for color pencils - probably the ones I used back in 90s - and I found some tape collection. It was pretty mixed with tags with the name of my aunt, my mom and my dad. The styles were between brazilian soap opera themes to classical stuff.
All mixtape. And it was pretty cool to see the design of it. There is one also showing like "CD Master Quality". Wow, that was awesome. Some mixtapes were from 1970s. How cool is that.
So I grab a digital camera, yup, not something antique this time... but the camera was not giving a cool result, so I grab an iPad. Yeah, a shot in the past lol.
So with this duality I used my iPad 3 and instagram to register this awesome collection. Sorry dad, I broke one of your tapes. :~
I will put here some unedited photos. but you can visit my instagram to see the whole photo session there.
