Street Fighter IV Stolen Images..or not?

Well the things keep going on!

Blogeek came back on air, and about what Hsu said before Blogeek said that isn't like that...

" He (Hsu) said that I do not have a source, that I'm a freelancer at EGM and I stole the image using a stolen password at their FTP, that i have admitted it. That's a huge lie. Can I explain why?

About FTP:

First: Do you think that a freelancer, who technically do not have any links with the enterprise, could have access to this FTP with this kind(exclusive images) of article there?

Second: Neither the people from inside has the password. I remember that in the "Super Dicas Playstation" (magazine name) neither the editor have the password.
(...)

About i "have admit it":

First: I want that he(Hsu) prove that i admitted something. The only mail that i receive from Ziff Davis was that Tara Garfinkle, IP manager, sent me saying that she get acknowledgment that i have removed the information of the blog, and also that i should send a reply saying that i agree with it and that was an advice to this kind of thing do not happens again. I take it out of air cause i do not want more sh** and to stop receiving more threatening. My reply was EXACTLY this;

"Hi Tara.

The site will be up again, without the 2 posts containing Street Fighter IV material. I really don’t think it’s the right thing to do, I found a source who gave me the info, and I published the article and I didn’t care if it was form EGM, Game Informer or whatever. I just wanted to give information to people.

Anyway, the content has been taken down, and I don’t think it will happen again.

So, are we all set?"

So, did somebody see in anyplace that i admitted that i enter in the FTP and stolen the images? Or my English is worst than i thought?

Second: And also, i do not admit anything to nobody here of Futuro. You can ask anyone. I do not know how can Shoe (Hsu) appear with this information, maybe someone say that to him, and he believe it without check it right. I already sent an email to Ziff Davis saying that if my source want to reveal itself i would like that they sent an email to Kotaku apologizing for blame me like that."

I don't know nothing precisely about this case, I am on the side of the information.

If Blogeek made something like that or do not do it, the fact is, they should have known that Street Fighter IV images were exclusive to 1UP and EGM like it was posted also in kotaku
If BG receive some breaking news in their hand, they could have ask somewhere about the roots of it. If it was known that the images are exclusive. So, yes, they make a mistake. But any "journalist" would do exact like Blogeek did if the images were in their hands. But this isn't excuse to make something "wrong". Blogeek doesn't have ad in their blog, they don't make money with it. So they don't have a reason to make something like that just for being bad temper or anything like that, i believe that was an "innocent mistake", if I can put that way.

Ziff Davis should not blame people from stolen images if they do not have a confession made. It is a fact that in Brazil live in game market is a hard way, and a thing like that can destruct a hard work of a guy. (He make a mistake, yes, but who doesn't make it?). And if something is so important and secret like that, they should raises their security system, pardon me, but if this thing about stolen was true, it was like taking candy from a child uh?

The image skip? Yes! Someone get it? Yes! This can be a problem? Oh holy yeah, why buy a magazine if the images are on the net? What to do? Lets try ask Capcom for more images or some exclusive interview? Nah, lets kill Blogeek.

C'mon guys you can do better than this, many names are on fire right now.

WaRchild Post is a Brazilian blog that share information in English. Or at least try to write in english. Warchild Post is opened to Blogeek and Ziff Davis, and this blog is smaller than an ant, a little ant gathering all information that it can have it.
